I found it lined up in the fridge of the liquor store where I always work, and they gave it to me for a fixed price 🤩.
I wondered if I should keep it, but I thought I should drink it while it's fresh, so I opened the bottle 🍾.
When I drank it, I thought is this a champagne or is it still a sake 🤔 as it has a decent rice flavor.
Holy crap, it's really delicious: acidity like a little lemon, no peculiarities, gentle sweetness, rice flavor that comes later.
