Nara, Ikoma City. Ueda Brewery Co.
Ureshicho Yamato Shinshu Shiboritate Nama-shu
I went to the brewery and bought this one after hesitating between it and the unfiltered junmai namaeshu.
It is easy to drink because it is sweetened with sugar and other ingredients, but the alcohol content is 20%, so it is a sake that will give you a strong taste later.
I had it cold.
The color is clear and almost colorless.
The top aroma is sour, with a hint of grain vinegar and a slight sweetness at the back.
As soon as it is put out of the refrigerator, it has a thick, thick sweetness and a deep richness, and it is easy to drink. As the temperature rises, the sweetness and richness is complemented by a grain-like acidity, and the sake has a strong taste later on.
It is my favorite type of sake because of its robust flavor and richness, but this is the type of sake that will knock you over if you drink it all at once!
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewer's alcohol, sugar
