I don't think I've ever had this Jyushiyo.
Tojo Yamadanishiki 45% polished, 15% alc.
Aside from the perfect balance of sweet aroma and acidity that is typical of Jyushidai daiginjo,
The pitchy freshness of the gas that is dissolved in the sake is wonderful. ❗️
I drank a little too much, but I thoroughly enjoyed it 😊.
