Be careful when opening the bottle.
It blows out more than I expected.
The bubbles came up so quickly that we almost let the room drink it.
The aroma is subdued.
The sharpness of the bubbles in the mouth and the dry aftertaste (not too dry, so easy to drink) are like champagne, but with a hint of rice.
I prefer it to Otter Sparkling.
