This is the best of the Ryu no Boshi! I compared it with the regular Dragon Bastard, but the aftertaste is still better.
It has a little bit of acidity, but the flavor and sweetness are amazing.
As you would expect from Jyushiyo, pairing it with good Japanese food is the best!
