Today's dinner was my first Gifu Tamen. No wonder it is so popular. I was worried that the price of ramen for children under elementary school age was 100 yen.
Since we didn't drink at the restaurant, we had a light dinner at home.
The name "Indigo Blue" has nothing to do with the quality of the sake.
It has a sour taste, but it has little sweetness and is very refreshing. I'd rather drink it with snacks than by itself 🍶.
I'll just have one drink today....
