Harada has been my favorite sake for a long time: ☺️
This one is 100% Yamada-Nishiki, though many of the breweries are from Yamaguchi Prefecture, and the Saito Shizuku is 100% Yamada-Nishiki.
Of course, all Yamaguchi.
I lived in Yamaguchi prefecture for about 3 years, and it is a very tasty place for rice and vegetables.
I wonder if the water is good.
Well, the sake has a good balance of moderate acidity, umami, and sweetness 😄.
It has a refreshing green apple-like flavor.
It can be drunk with or without food.
