This time's assortment
This is completely based on what the general manager told me.
The sake brewing license that was transferred from the Tabe family to the Takeshita family (Takeshita Honten) in 1866, the year before the Great Restoration, was returned to the Tabe family over 156 years later. And from this term, sake brewing began at the new Tabe-Takeshita Brewery, which retains the Takeshita name and brewery facilities. This sake is brewed by a 33-year-old young master brewer who trained for 10 years at a brewery in Aichi Okayama.
