The rice used is Omachi grown in Okayama Prefecture.
This was quite a fun sake. ❣️
The sake level was listed as ➕13, but the first thing that hit me when I sipped it was the sweetness of the omachi-like flavor. It was not a "sweet ❗️" sensation, though.
Soon after that, I felt a good amount of bitterness and a nice tangy taste,
I see that it is a dry sake.
The aftertaste is clean and well-balanced.
It can be drunk either gulping it down or sipping it slowly, and both are delicious.
The back series is good. ‼️
