At Imaichi's Rakuten.
Stress relief again! and
Sashi-Drinking with a good friend of mine 🍶.
We are almost 10 years apart in age, but somehow we get along really well.
It's really fun to have a drink like this sometimes.
Rakuten's mom seems to be a sake lover, so there is always something to drink or a limited edition sake! The food is delicious too.
I love it! ¸¸¸♬-*¨*-. ¸¸¸♪
YAMINARI SHUSUI, the origin of the name is said to mean "a limited-edition autumn sake whose delicious flavor resonates in your mouth even when your eyes are closed or in the dark.
Junmai Daiginmai is made from rice from the village of Izuwanosato in Yamagata Prefecture, polished to 38%.
Junmai Daiginjo-Unfiltered Nama-shu made from rice polished to 38%!
Gorgeous~ with a real sense of fruitiness. It is fresh.
The taste is sweet, but it also has a hint of acidity, and the flavors change from one to the other. It is very drinkable.

J&N, I would love to see you when you come here! I can only drive there, but it's close to my house and I know someone who works there part-time, so it's easy to get there! The food is good - but the age range is quite high. Fighting for chair seats.
