Eisuke
Nose:
The nose is rather pleasant and gorgeous.
Banana, melon, white peach, yuzu, lilac and sour cream.
Taste:
The attack is light, with a gentle sweetness. The palate is light, with a gentle sweetness, followed by an elegant acidity and a rich bitterness. Light-medium bodied and clean. The finish is short.
Impressions :
Light and clean on the palate with gorgeous fruit aromas.

Remarks:
This is a re-release of the sake which was sold in 2011 as a recovery sake from the earthquake.
