What about a sweet and sour sake with white malted rice? This sake was recommended to us upon request.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, as we discussed. It does not have a fizzy taste, but it is a very good sake.
The label also says so, but I mention it just in case there is a Russian problem. The label is not a Z, but a five in Chinese characters!
