I found it at a local liquor store and bought it right away because it was made with Shiratama (white rice) for the sake, took a lot of time and effort to brew, and was made by the charismatic Toji Sato-san (^^).
The tangy aftertaste goes on for a long time, and the moderate bitterness is blended well, while the sharpness is wonderfully delicious sake! I love the way it makes me feel when I drink it.
