Aroma like soft sweet sake.
It has a mild texture, but it is so dry that your tongue is numbed by the strong alcohol that hits your nose.
Unbelievably incompatible with the liver sashimi!
The cream cheese with brown sugar and soy sauce is milder in taste, and the alcohol is so strong that the stinging sensation goes down your throat.
I prefer it when the temperature is lowered and the sake is lukewarm to warmed up to human skin.
However, the taste of alcohol was so strong that it made my tongue tingle.
