It has a mild smell of rice. In the mouth, the flavor spreads in a big way. Mellow sweetness and sourness runs up in your mouth, but the final destination is a mellow one (it's as if the sweetness and sourness were racing each other, but they always stop running and start laughing?) You don't get tired of drinking, good good, good 🎵 13% alcohol and -34.0 sake, that's not too shabby!
However, this sweetness seems to represent something, and it's sinking in to my heart right now...
The reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because it was too easy to drink. It's too easy to drink.
