Because the day I bought it, I had to take it out of the bag and drink it at room temperature at one of the Bon Odori venues (I'll leave it to your imagination what that means...). I remember that the taste was not unpleasant at all, and I could feel the gentle and delicious rice flavor surrounded by freshness 😉.
I will tell you what it tasted like after I brought it home and let it sit in the fridge for a week.
The aroma smells like a junmai daiginjo with a hint of sweetness.
The taste is sourness followed by bitterness, and then astringency, wrapped in freshness, with a further sense of umami and luster 🤤.
There's a flicker of sourness at the end.
This has been in the fridge for 7 days after opening the bottle, not sure if this is the original flavor or not😅.
