I wasn't planning to buy any sake, though. But as a fan of Ginkaze, I couldn't help it. If you've seen it, then you've bought it. I chilled it for a whole day and opened the bottle. The aroma is a bit faint. It's not bad. The mouthfeel is gentle. But when you swallow it, you can feel the assertiveness, but it is delicious. The assertion is also gentle. I don't know what to say, but it's secretly gentle (mystery). It's like a coffee mug that's been brewed and placed so that the handle of the mug is on your dominant hand side. It's easy to drink. It's not as easy to drink as summer sake, so it's just right for me. It's not too heavy on the sake, but just a little, so it's easy to pair with some snacks.
