The last of our New Year's drinking comparison
ZEBRA, a limited edition sake from our favorite Eiko Fuji.
The rice is Gohyakumangoku and the ratio of polished rice is 50%.
Eikoufuji comes in many varieties, and they are all so delicious that I get confused (laugh), but I think I still like this one...
I like fruity sweet and umami, but too sweet is not good either, so I think this is just the right balance.
I will try drinking it while comparing the sake degree.
By the way, this one had a sake degree of -5.0 and an acidity of 1.7!
