This is a new sake from Omine. This time it was made with Yamadanishiki, which has a banana-like sweetness that is typical of Omine, but it is not just sweet, it is elegant and beautifully sweet.
The freshness of the new sake made it easy to drink.
I am sure it will be released in the coming winter months, and we can expect great things from it this year as well.
