Kudokibe Junmai Ginjyo Namaizume Sake Mirai

Sake Mirai was revived by Takagi Shuzo of Jyushiyo. We encountered it at an outing and had it at the first sip. It has a light ginjo aroma and a smooth acidity. It has a sweetness, but it is refreshing. It was a slightly different impression from the original Jyushiro, but it was a delicious sake.
