Grain-like aroma. Sour yogurt* room temperature so far.
When heated, it has a chestnut-like aroma with a hint of hay and honey.
For a smooth texture.
The sweetness is moderate, but there is a full rice flavor and umami.
Good sharpness.
I thought it would be defeated by the fatty meat, but it was not.
I thought it would be defeated, but it ran alongside without losing.
Not that it goes well with the meat, but it is a good match.
