Polishing ratio 60%, 17% alcohol by volume. Brewed in 2001 in limited quantities. I told the liquor store that I was not a fan of old sake, but they recommended it so highly that I bought it. I am glad I bought it! I mean, I had to repeat it. The sweetness and flavor filled my mouth as I sipped it with the unique aroma of old sake. It is a combination of whiskey, bourbon, and the best of both. It is extremely tasty! The current year is 2023, so it is 22 years old, which is before the Japan-Korea World Cup. I am grateful to the pot store for offering this sake at a reasonable price. I thought it was impossible to drink old sake, but this was a bottle that changed my image completely.
