Amabuki純米吟醸 雄町 いちご酵母 生
さけざん
Purchased during a trip to Saga
Slight aroma of shiso.
When you put it in your mouth, it smells like whipped cream.
The mouthfeel is thick and soft with a rather strong sweetness.
As the temperature of the sake rises, the creaminess may increase.
It is said to be made with strawberry yeast, but I did not detect any strawberry aroma.
There was a bottle of Amabuki's sake lined up in the fridge at the liquor store, but I had too much fun the day before, so I gave up buying it!
What a pity!
