Yamakatsu
This is a white malted rice brewed "Wakakura" from the brewery challenge "Wakakura" by Takasago Shuzo of Asahikawa City, Hokkaido.
This is a pure rice sake made from 100% Hokkaido sake rice "Kitashizuku," and is a delicious summer sake with a refreshing acidity and a strong pure rice flavor.
The sake itself is colorless and transparent, although the yellow background makes it hard to tell.
