Here is another bottle we got at Fushimi Sake Brewery Alley.
I had never heard of "kanuki" before 😊.
The taste is full-bodied, sweet and profoundly dry!
I felt it was the strongest type of dryness I have had recently!
We were able to buy entrées from many different restaurants, so I think we had some gyoza and other food 🥟.
