Summer vacation is over. I bought too much sake, and my refrigerator is already full. To save space, I open a bottle in the morning.
Maybe I'm lucky in the lottery (or maybe UA collaborations are easy to win), but I got an Onyanma. There was one bottle of KUWAGATA left, so we compared them.
The direction of each seems to be different, Onyanma is very calm, and Kugata is flashy.
The Onyanma is refreshing and crisp from the time you take it in to the time you swallow it, and it goes right in without a hitch. Compared to other sakes, you can feel the sweetness and acidity typical of Senkou.
On the other hand, KUWAGATA is characterized by a strong aroma of lactic acid, a strong acidity, and a strong bitterness that lingers in the mouth.
It is the same impression as the first bottle. Onyanma is suitable for drinking while eating. If you want to drink it at night, try Kugata.
Personally, I prefer the Kuwagata. I wish Onyanma had a little more flavor, so I'll give it a few days to see how it goes.

Hi disry ☀️.
So you got a double win stag beetle onyma😲.
I thought I wasn't going to win so I stopped just before I entered, but I guess I did!
I've never had a beetle or a red dragonfly 🤣.

honda-san, good evening🌙
That's right, I always win. In fact, I won the Shinsei No.6 commemorative sake again... 😘.
I'm thinking of buying a lottery ticket soon😏.
