Sake brewed by a liquor store owner who asked the brewery to brew it for him.
Slightly yellowish color, reminds me of Born Gold.
The aroma reminded me of sourness, and from the simple attack, a woody overtone rose along with sweet and sour flavors. The sake finished with a lingering aftertaste of that overtone.
