Although labeled as a junmai sake, it is a junmai ginjo spec with a 55% rice polishing ratio. The sake is firm and the sweetness is rich. The slightly perceptible acidity does a good job, and I don't detect any bitterness or pungency. It's fruity and delicious 😋, but that's the 17% Tottori sake🍶, and if you're not careful, it can hit you hard. Sake rice is unknown.
