The sweetness is immediately followed by a pungent spiciness that hits the tongue.
It has a carbonation that is unique to nama-shu and may be a little difficult to drink for those who are sensitive to it, but the taste, aroma, and even the texture of the sake can be enjoyed, so a four-pack bottle was not enough.
It is such a fun and delicious sake that it does not require any snacks!
