It is a muddled sake, so it is sweet and easy to drink.
When you open the bottle, there is a lot of foam, and it takes a while to settle down.
It takes about 10 minutes to be able to pour it into a glass.
After a few days, when the fizziness subsides, the mellowness is delicious.
