Ginban銀盤純米大吟醸

I bought this bottle together with Hanaharu from the Aeon Junmai Daiginjo series.
I had had Ginban before and thought I liked the taste, but after Hanaharu, I guess it was too much, but the aroma was fishy and the taste was quite harsh. It might be better not to cool it down too much. I am drinking it while changing the temperature a little at a time, saying, "I think it would be better not to chill it too much.
