2/3rd bottle of Yoshino Sake Rice Project
The rice used is, of course, Gin-no-sato.
This is delicious 😋!
The overall balance was just the way I like it ❣️.
The palate is fruity and slightly sweet.
It has just the right amount of tanginess? I think it's a good flavor.
Even though it has a tangy taste, the flavor is soft and you can drink it easily.
Yatagarasu is still a delicious sake after a few years.
