Kudokibe is a sake that we have received in the hanpukai and have recognized as a delicious sake. This was the second bottle of Shiboritate I opened in the new year, and when I first learned that the brewery was 100 years old, I wanted to continue to support it. The aroma was fruity with sweetness and sourness like strawberries and pineapple. It has a sweet and sour mouthfeel with a slight carbonation and a fluffy sweetness. It has a robust mouthfeel with a full-bodied flavor that I like.
