On the way back from an expedition to Akita, we had a little early dinner with a bottle of Yamahai by Yukino Kayasha, which we bought at Akita Station.
I like the acidity of this one.
It is soft and delicious.
We ended our Akita Sake trip with a bottle of Snow Kayasha, the sake that got us hooked on sake.
I like it almost as much as *4.
