The following is Kurimoto's explanation.
This is a freshly pressed junmai ginjo-shu, the first sake of the year, which until now has only been available to a select few because of the difficulty in maintaining its quality.
It is an osake with a freshly squeezed aroma and a rough taste.
Yeah, I don't know how difficult it is, but it's delicious 😊.
