Today's Jyushiyo is Honmaru.
It has a fruity aroma and a good balance of sweet, sour, bitter and alcohol 😋.
It's a very nice wine.
I'm not sure what to make of it. I'll be back for more. A happy holiday☺️.
I wish I could win another Jyushiro!
