Junmai Daiginjo. This sake is frozen after squeezing to maintain its freshness.
When served cold, it has a moderate aroma, but in the mouth it has a sweetness with a rough texture, followed by a bitter taste. It has a nice sharpness and can be enjoyed over and over again.
At room temperature, the aroma is moderate and stands out. When heated, the alcohol rolls over the tongue in a well-balanced manner, and it also finishes quickly.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed over and over again, but the price is a problem.
