Nanka Yokai
The 1st lot of this year's Urasato Light Nigori, lucky to be able to buy it while the 2nd lot was also available!
It was like the last lot in a bottle of No. 4! It didn't overflow, but I was excited to see the gas welling up inside the bottle.
After the tight gas feeling and the cider-like mouthfeel, there was a juicy sweetness that lingered faintly in the sharpness.
We also compared it with Kirizukuba Light Nigori, which we were about to finish drinking! The initial cider taste is similar, but the Urasato seems to have a mellower texture and lingering aftertaste.
Cheers to Kiri-Tsukuba! I wonder if it would be better to start with Kiri-Tsukuba and then relax with Urasato. I am wondering about a good drinking order.
