すきやきThis is one of those sakes that made me reflect on the fact that I thought I could never go wrong if I bought a Junmai Daiginjo.
This and something called Mujyu....
It might have tasted better if it was heated up, but I had been too rigid in my belief that junmai daiginjos should be drunk chilled due to lack of study.
Maybe it would taste good if I drank it now, but I have no intention of repeating it...hmmm, long story.
