Risshun Morning Press Harushika, Ichinokura, Gobashi, Kamoizumi This year, we compared these drinks. We are glad to have friends who enjoy the Risshun Asa Shibori with us every year. All of them have a sweet aroma, and I think the sweetness and umami of each was: Kamoizumi > Gohashi > Harushika > Ichinokura. I had the impression that Ichinokura was the lightest including the aroma. I like Harushika for its strong aroma and flavor balance.
