A challenging kijoshu brewed with beer yeast.
It is a pure sake but with a lower alcohol content of 12%, 2% lower than the standard Kijoshu Reborn.
The aroma is quite mild.
Slightly acidic, which is not typical of sake.
The taste is definitely more acidic and the sweetness is stronger.
Overall, it tastes sweet and sour like Yakult.
It's different from the fruity taste of Reborn, but it's delicious in its own way.
A good sake that should be made into a regular product.
