Refreshingly dry, with a classic sake taste lingering in the aftertaste. The rice used, Tamakabane, gives a different impression than when I drank Shichihonjari, but it may have the same solid structure. When I brought it as a souvenir to a home-drinking party, it was well received even by those who don't usually drink sake.
