Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop
Today I opened a bottle of Niimasa's Colors series 🍶I happened to find it when I went to Fukushima to buy some sake 💡I had never had a Cosmos yet... so I bought it 💰.
But when I read the label, it said it should be refrigerated and aged for 1-2 years 🤔.
So here it is after a year and a half in the fridge 💁.
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 It's delicious 😋.
The sourness like lime on the palate combined with the woody flavor is delicious 🤤It's more like citrus than grape with its sourness and unique flavor.
But to be honest, I personally don't like it very much... I wonder if my opinion will change if I let it sit a little longer?
I'll let it sit for a while longer 💤.
