The second cup was Miyazaki's "Sentoku"!
The aroma was almost imperceptible, partly due to the presence of the earlier "Reimei".
The mouthfeel is smooth, but like the "Ginzuku" we had earlier, it is fuller than the other sake we drank. It has a pure taste that melts into the tongue with a sweet astringency, and is mellow and delicious with a cherry blossom cake-like flavor! ðž
