Higashi Kaimori is said to be gradually getting better and better every year in Chiba Prefecture.
Sake level is -6. It feels quite sweet.
As soon as you drink it, it has a slight fizzy feeling and a guttural sweetness.
From the middle to the end of the bottle, there is a moderate acidity and a melon-like aroma, and the aftertaste is refreshing.
As a lover of sweet sake, I rather liked the taste.
