My favorite aged raw sake.
I bought it immediately when I found out they had a carbonated version.
I put the glass a little closer to my mouth.
I could strongly feel the mellow aroma.
The taste is round and deep.
The discreet carbonation is very well matched with the round and deep flavor.
I got the impression that its luster had increased.
