Kamonishiki純米吟醸 越後蔵元仕込み

Alcohol 15.2, Acidity 1.3, Yeast, Niigata G9. This sake is refreshing and easy to drink. From the first sip, I felt this was delicious. It has an elegant mouthfeel with a smooth and natural entry. The umami that lingers in the mouth is not too strong. Since my favorite izakaya closed its store, I have not been able to taste the sake with the nameplate, but I was able to get this one at the supermarket.
