Drinking one cup is a distant memory. It was a long time ago, long before I reached the age of adulthood. The memory of that time made me dislike sake, and several decades have passed since then. I have come to think it tastes good when I receive deceptively somewhat expensive sake. I am now thinking of studying sake.
So, I decided to try drinking a one-cup sake again as a zero-point adjuster and a reference sake. I thought it must be bad, but it wasn't bad at all 😳Is it because it has an "Extra" designation or because I have climbed the stairs to adulthood😌?
