I think it is a new species of Dewa cherry.
The label is Yamadera Risshakuji.
It is a nice picture.
Refreshing tangy ginjo aroma.
Sharp and very neutral taste.
Gorgeous acidity, with little sweetness.
Slight sweetness in a white wine-like spiciness.
It is perfect as a food wine.
