Although the rice polishing ratio is 63%, it can be drunk cold.
It has a refreshingly dry taste.
Because it is a junmai sake with 63% polished rice, you can taste the mellow umami of the rice.
It is wonderful that it is not too rich.
It is dry on the start, followed by the mellow umami of rice, and has a long aftertaste.
It goes well with meat and fish.
It goes well with anything oily!
Nishi-no-Seki is the king of cost performance in our house these days.
I've said a lot of things about it, but there's no doubt that it's delicious.
Postscript
It is said that Nishi-Seki is in the Hall of Fame for sake that goes well with eel.
Our family also started drinking it after being introduced by an eel restaurant.
